“ My husband and I arrived in Derry Wednesday, 2024 December 4 for our wedding at the Guildhall on Saturday, December 7. This was our third trip to Derry and I was intrigued by the fact every time we drove by Guapo, no matter what time of day or night, there was a queue outside. You have to understand, I am from Phoenix, Arizona in the United States and I am Hispanic so needless to say, I was EXTREMELY skeptical there was a possibility there could be good Mexican food in Ireland! Well, I am glad we went because this was a great experience! Our mate who lives in Saint Johnston told me to order for him whatever I decided to get so I ordered two carnitas burritos. Not only was I surprised I loved it! Great burrito, the pork was cooked well, the extras I added such as the beans, rice, salsa and cheese all complemented the meat perfectly and best of all, the burrito was a very hearty portion! Great experience, I will definitely come back on a future visit to Derry! ”
